One approved booth. Every location, on brand.
Walk any franchise expo and you will find the same brand in three different booths — a pop-up banner, a table cover, one franchisee who paid for a light box themselves. That is a tooling problem, not a franchisee problem. Born builds your approved booth once, and every location orders it from one link at one price.
Approve it once. Every location orders the same booth.
Born designs the booth to your brand standard and locks it as a share link. A franchisee opens the link, sees the approved booth at the approved price, adds their show date and orders. No agency round, no off-brand pop-up banner, no surprise number.

Approve
We build it to your standard.
Send a logo and a brand colour. Born designs the booth and the graphics on it, you change what you want, and it is locked as your approved build.
-
Share
One link goes to every location.
The approved booth lives at a link you can put in the franchise portal, the co-op kit or an email. It opens the booth exactly as approved, at the approved price.
-
Order
A franchisee adds a date and orders.
They enter their show date, get an honest answer on the timeline, and check out. The booth ships to them or to the venue. Same booth, same price, every market.

Send a logo. Get your approved booth back as a link.
We build the first approved booth free. You see it in the builder, change anything, and lock it. Then the link goes to your locations.
- A logo and a brand colour is enough to start.
- Brand guide, if you have one — a link is fine.

What franchisors ask before they standardise a booth.
6 questions
Who pays — the franchisor or the franchisee?
Either, and the link works both ways. Most systems let each location buy its own booth from the approved link, sometimes with a co-op contribution. If head office wants to buy a batch and ship them out, we quote that as one order with one invoice. The approved booth and the price are the same in both cases.
Can a franchisee change the approved booth?
Only what you allow. The link opens the booth exactly as approved. A franchisee can add their show date and order it as-is. If you want locations to be able to add a counter or choose between two sizes, we build two approved links, or a base booth with approved add-ons, so nothing off-standard can be ordered by accident.
How do the graphics stay on brand across 50 locations?
The graphics are designed once by Born to your brand standard and printed for the exact panel on the exact frame. A location's name or phone number can be dropped in as a variable field without touching the layout. Every reprint comes from the same files.
What does a franchise booth usually cost?
The sample on this page lands around $3,600 in hardware and graphics per location for a 10×10, before shipping. A 10×20 backlit standard runs roughly $5,000 to $9,000 depending on the wall system and counters. Every price is on the page in the builder, so there is no guessing.
Can one franchisee set it up alone?
Yes for the sample booth and most 10×10 standards: tool-free push-fit frames, pillowcase graphics, about twenty minutes. Hanging signs and the largest walls want two people. We say which it is on the approved build so locations can plan.
What happens when the brand refreshes?
The frames stay. New graphics are printed for the frames every location already owns and shipped as a panel set. That is the reason to standardise on a system rather than one-off booths: a rebrand becomes a reprint, not a repurchase.
