Tabletop, 10×10, 10×20 or an island, and how many sides open onto an aisle. A corner booth and an inline booth want different things at the back, and the layout follows what you pick.

Backlit or tension fabric, then a system — Infinity DNA Pro, WaveLight, Casonara, WaveLine Media, Monolith or a complete kit. Add counters, storage, towers, hanging signs and monitor mounts. Only pieces that physically fit are offered, so you cannot draw a booth that will not go up.

Is the booth builder free?Ordering & timing
Yes, and it does not ask for anything to show you a price. Build the whole booth, see the itemised total, and leave. You only give an email if you want the build saved so you can come back to it or have us quote it. The one paid extra is an optional photorealistic mockup, and it is clearly priced before you choose it.
Is the price real, or a starting-from number?Ordering & timing
Real. Every piece is a live product at its live price, and the total includes the graphics design and an estimate for freight in its shipping cases. Where a number can move it is freight — a residential delivery or a show advance warehouse is priced differently from a dock — and we confirm that on the quote.
How much time do I need before my show?Ordering & timing
Three to four weeks is what we recommend. That window leaves room for a pre-show dry run of your booth, and time to work with Born on pro-level display creative if you want it — with no rush anywhere in the schedule.
The absolute minimum is 5–7 days from art approval to items arriving. That clock does not start until your artwork is approved — approval before 2pm MST on a business day for that day to count — and creative design and approval time sit on top of it. Tighter than that and it is not being delivered on time; call us instead and we will tell you straight what can still be done.
What if I do not know what size booth I need?Systems & sizes
Build something close. Most shows assign a 10×10 or a 10×20, and the builder lets you switch footprint at any point and rearranges what you have. If you genuinely do not know yet, pick the likely one, save it, and say so — we would rather spec it properly than have you guess.
Backlit or tension fabric — which should I pick?Systems & sizes
Backlit reads from further down the aisle and photographs better, which matters more than people expect when the booth ends up on social. Tension fabric costs less, weighs less and goes up faster. On a tight budget a common answer is one backlit feature wall with fabric around it, and the builder lets you mix them.
Can I come back to a build later?Ordering & timing
That is what saving does. You get a link that reopens the exact booth — every piece, where you dragged it, the show date and the price — on any device. Send it to whoever signs off; they can look through it without changing yours.
Do I need artwork ready to use the builder?Artwork & design
No. The builder prices the graphics design in alongside the hardware, so you can build and quote with nothing but a logo. Born designs the panels to the exact dimensions and bleed of the system you picked. If you already have print-ready files, say so when you save and the design line comes off the quote.
How does what I build actually arrive?Setup & travel
Cased and shipped from Colorado, to your office or straight to the show's advance warehouse. The builder counts the cases as you go, which is why the freight line moves when you add a wall. Most of these assemble tool-free, and every kit ships with printed instructions.
